The manager here Luis Torrez is a joke. First of all he doesn't even k now all of the services US Bank has to offer. And should you be charged any fees due to any unauthorized charges he will act like you're asking him to give you his kids lunch money. He has a lack of professionalism, fact in point he went as far as telling my husband "Why don't you change banks". If you really need to go with US Bank find another branch because he is a nightmare!
